Open concept kitchen and living room. There is an energy-efficient climate system in the living room. 40 m² terrace of which 18 m² is covered. There are swings and a sandpit for the children. Carport and shed for bikes etc. The plot has pine trees on the northern part. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
