Secluded Retreat with Views - By Traum Ferienwohnungen

Holiday cottage located on a natural plot at the end of a cul-de-sac. Living room with wooden floors, wood-burning stove, TV and cable TV. Conservatory with wicker furniture and views of the area. Open concept kitchen and living room. There is an energy-efficient climate system in the living room. 40 m² terrace of which 18 m² is covered. There are swings and a sandpit for the children. Carport and shed for bikes etc. The plot has pine trees on the northern part. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienhäusern in unterschiedlichen Gebieten in Dänemark, aber das war mit Abstand das schlechteste Haus. Nicht nur die fehlende Sauberkeit, sondern auch die veraltete und teilweise heruntergekommene Ausstattung hat uns geschockt. Der Kühlschrank war immernoch vereist (vgl. Bewertung aus April 2025) und die Lebensmittel teilweise gefroren. Schranktüren in der Küche ließen sich zum Teil nicht schließen und waren beschädigt. Betten sind für große Personen nicht geeignet. Die angegebene Ladestation für Autos konnten wir auf dem Grundstück nicht finden.

Nettes, kleines Haus in schöner Umgebung

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen,am Ende einer Sackgasse in einem schönen Ferienhausgebiet. Das Haus selbst ist insgesamt nett eingerichtet, in dem kleinen Wintergarten hat man einen schönen Blick nach draußen. Wir hatten an zwei Abenden Besuch von einem Fuchs. Die Geräte in der Küche (Herd und Kühlschrank) müssten dringend ersetzt werden, der Kühlschrank war selbst auf Stufe 1 vereist, ebenso alles, was sich darin befand. Der 4-Platten-Herd ist ebenfalls veraltet und sicherlich ein Stromfresser. Ansonsten kann man sich hier ganz wohlfühlen, wenn man keine großen Luxus-Ansprüche hat. Es gibt auch eine kleine Sauna, die wir aber nicht benutzt haben. Der Ort und der Strand sind fußläufig locker in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
