Approx. 500 m from the North Sea, close to shopping and beach resort Søndervig is this practical and brightly decorated cottage, suitable for 1 or 2 families. The house is located on a large plot and is ideal for the modern family that wants comfort. The kitchen is equipped with various modern facilities such as dishwasher and microwave. There is a cot, highchair, swings and sandpit. On the warm, bright summer evenings you can enjoy the terrace with a barbecue. Or you can relax in the sauna.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to Søndervig’s shops, The house was spacious and well-equipped for our two families, especially the kitchen with its modern appliances, The kids loved the swings and sandpit in the garden, Highly recommend for family getaways!

Das Haus ist leider nicht so modern wie beschrieben.Bei Buchung wurde uns angegeben, dass das Haus über WLAN verfügt, was aber leider nicht der Fall ist.Mehrere Jalousien sind kaputt und das Sofa hat sichtbar an der Rückenlehne einen Riss.Der Fußboden ist auch sehr verwohnt und könnte mal erneuert werden. Die Schlafzimmer sind zu klein und dementsprechend auch die Betten. Es gibt leider wenig Platz, wo man seine Kleidung lassen kann. Und ein Schlafzimmer hat leider gar keinen Schrank. Die Garage kann man auch nicht wie angegeben benutzen, da sie komplett vermüllt ist.Einen Grill gibt es auch nicht wie angegeben. In der Garage stehen zwar 5 Stück, aber sie sind alle verrostet oder überzogen mit Schimmel.Selbst das Kinderbett und der Hochstuhl fehlen, obwohl sie laut Angebot im Haus sein sollten. Beim Rundgang im Garten lag da leider auch sehr viel Müll rum. Das einzig gute war der kurze Weg zum Strand und die sehr nahegelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Das Haus könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen.
