Luxury Retreat with Pool - By Traum Ferienwohnungen

The swimming pool, the whirlpool for 2 people and the sauna makes this holiday cottage a comfortable place to be. There is also a billiard table. Sleeping section, living room and bathroom on both floors. The ground floor has heated floors and the 1st floor is heated with el-radiators, and you can access a balcony from here. All rooms have bright colours and the kitchen is well equipped. There are many attractions, golfing and towns within one hour's drive.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
