14 person holiday home in Løkken-By Traum

Spacious holiday cottage in the 1st dune row on a large plot bordering the beach. From the house you have panoramic views of the ocean. 150 m² cottage protected by the large and unique dunes on a large plot right to one of the best beaches in Denmark right between Løkken and Blokhus. There is a hall and scullery with washer and dryer, 35 m² kitchen-family room with underfloor heating and an open dining area with access to the large south/west-faced terrace. Split-level living room with wood-burning stove. The kitchen-family room and living room have high-vaulted ceilings and large windows. 2 bathroom with underfloor heating with the same granite table tops as in the kitchen. Both bathrooms have shower and the large bathroom also has a large, lowered whirlpool for 4 people. The 13 beds are located in 5 bedrooms and a 22 m² large mezzanine. Modern, high quality furnishings and the kitchen-family room and living room have halogen lighting with dimmers and all tile floors underfloor heating. The mezzanine has a small TV with DVD and satellite receiver. There are 2 well-placed terraces in several levels of a total of 120 m² where you can find shelter and enjoy the sun. The house is located on a cul-de-sac and from both plot and house you have views of the characteristic dune scenery. If you walk just 150 m along the large plot with ocean view and sunset you will be on the kilometre long sandy beach. No letting for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
