A holiday cottage with a whirlpool located close to the beach in St. Sjørup and only a short distance from the town centre. The whirlpool is located in one of the bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen and large living room where you can watch TV or play games. The house is located on a 1300 m2 large plot where children can play in the sandbox or play football.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Wir waren zu viert im Ferienhaus und mussten feststellen, dass es in mehreren Punkten nicht mehr dem aktuellen Inserat entspricht. Die Fotos im Angebot zeigen einen deutlich besseren Zustand, der vor Ort so nicht mehr vorhanden war.•Außenbereich: Der große Sandkasten war stark zugewuchert, der kleinere nur für Kleinkinder nutzbar. Der kleine Grill war verrostet, ein Gartentisch bereits defekt. Von den vier vorhandenen Liegen waren zwei defekt, die anderen beiden nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Für die acht Personen, für die das Haus eigentlich ausgelegt ist, ist die Anzahl damit deutlich unzureichend. Zudem waren einige Gartenmöbel, insbesondere die Holzmöbel, wetterbedingt stark abgenutzt und wirkten instabil.•Innenbereich: Die Sauberkeit war unzureichend (u. a. verschmutztes Geschirr, Herd, Grills sowie teils verunreinigte Betten/Wäsche). Einige Türen hatten defekte Dichtungen, die Elektrik bereitete Probleme und der Herd funktionierte nur sehr langsam. Im Schuppen befanden sich alte Möbel und ein stark verschmutztes Kissen. Viele Einrichtungsgegenstände wirken abgewohnt.•Positiv: Die Bluetooth-Stereoanlage funktionierte einwandfrei.
