Holiday home located in the holiday home area Kærgården in peaceful surroundings on a closed natural plot, from which there is a view of the Limfjord. The house is well furnished with a bright living room with a comfortable furnishings. There is a wood burning stove to create coziness and warmth on a cool summer evening or when the autumn storm shakes outside. In the living room there is a TV with satellite dish. Open and well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, extractor hood fridge / freezer, dishwasher and extra freezer. There are two spacious double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The house's large bathroom is well equipped with toilet, sink, shower and a whirlpool. From the bathroom there is direct access to the house's sauna, where you can be warmed up after a long walk in the area's magnificent nature. There is a washer as well as a dryer. Both open and covered terrace, where you can enjoy the view and dinner while the sun sets over the North Sea in the distance. The house is very well equipped for anglers. There is a large extra chest freezer and outdoor fish cleaning area with running water. There is also a lockable shed, which is suitable for storing fishing tackle and bicycles. The area is very child-friendly, where the little ones can frolic safely during the holidays. There is a common playground with i.a. minigolf. Approx. 250 m to the Limfjord, where there is a bathing jetty. You will find the North Sea at the small fishing village of Agger only approx. 6 km from the house.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
