Not far from the beautiful sandy beach at Klegod, you will find this luxury vacation home with room for 28 people and ample opportunity for wellness in the house's 22 m2 swimming pool, hot tub, or outdoor sauna. With the area, the cozy atmosphere, and the facilities in place, the best setting is ensured for a large family vacation or an extended weekend with friends. The focal point of the luxury house is the large kitchen/family room with space and roominess for all 28 guests. Delicious dinners can be conjured up in the well-equipped kitchen with extra refrigeration space, extra stove space, and two dishwashers. The long dining table in the middle of the room has plenty of room for the whole gang. In this large common room, you will also find the house's large sofa group and television, so you can enjoy either a good movie or find a quiet corner with a good book. In the cottage's activity room, you can compete in table tennis, table football, darts, or billiards. There is also a PlayStation 4 for virtual competitions. There are 10 bedrooms and a loft with seven beds. The bedrooms are divided into four sleeping areas, with bathrooms at both ends of the house. If the weather permits, there is direct access from the kitchen/family room to the cottage's large wooden terrace. Here you can step directly onto a large terrace with a good dining area and the opportunity to prepare meals on the cottage's gas grill. There are several terrace areas where you can enjoy the sun all day long. In the area, you will find a large multi-purpose facility with both an artificial turf field and play areas. Here, many hours of soccer matches can take place between children and adults alike. Utility bills and the deposit are paid in cash on site to the caretaker. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
