On a lovely plot right in the heart of Bork, within walking distance of both the kite- and windsurfing area as well as Bork Harbour, you will find this bright and charming holiday home. The kitchen and living room are openly connected, creating a spacious and welcoming atmosphere. Both rooms are tastefully furnished in light tones, and the beautiful kitchen features white fittings with white walls and ceilings. All bedrooms are well arranged, offering plenty of space for everything you may need. A truly delightful and bright holiday home, situated on a wonderful plot with plenty of room for play and ball games. Dogs are allowed. Free final cleaning included. The holiday home has been extensively renovated: it features a new kitchen, new bathroom, and a new wooden terrace. The entrance area has been changed from stone to wood. There are new floors and new carpets throughout. All kitchen appliances and inventory have been replaced, including the stove and fridge-freezer. In addition, there are new electric radiators, a new TV, new curtains, and the entire interior has been freshly painted — almost everything is new.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Billig und manchmal merkt man es.

Die Unterkunft ist aufgeteilt wie beschrieben. Das Bad ist klein, aber ansonsten in Ordnung. Der Boiler muss selber angeschaltet werden (Steht nirgends!) und speichert warmes Wasser fĂŒr ca. 2 bis 3-Mal duschen. Die RĂ€ume sind an sich schön, bis auf den ganzen Staub und den Spinnenweben. Außerdem mĂŒssen Leute mit Arachnophobie eine andere Unterkunft nehmen, da Spinnen dort ĂŒberall sind. Der WLAN Router ist versteckt in dem kleinen Zimmer hinter dem Bett. Nirgends steht, wo dieser sich befindet und dass man diesen an den Strom anschließen muss. Dadurch hatten wir die ersten Tage kein WLAN. Wir hatten insgesamt vier Telefonate mit dem Support, wobei uns drei Mal ein Techniker versprochen wurde, der sich unser Problem anschaut. Allerdings ist niemand jemals erschienen. Beim vierten Anruf wĂŒrde uns dann endlich mal zugehört und uns wurde dann einfach die Position des Routers mitgeteilt. Also bei dem Support trifft man leider vor allem auf Taube Ohren und Unfreundlichkeit. Allerdings scheint gerade ein Besitzer wechseln der Unterkunft zu passieren, da ein Herr von Admiral Strand vorbeigekommen ist und nach dem Zustand der Unterkunft gefragt hat. Dieser war tatsĂ€chlich sehr zugewandt. Obwohl auch er keine Informationen bezĂŒglich der Unterkunft hatte. Sprich das ResĂŒmee der Unterkunft: Sie ist billig, funktionell, ein wenig heruntergekommen, aber man kann trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub dort verbringen.
