The sleeping setup includes four bedrooms with double beds, one twin room, and a bedroom with two large bunk beds sleeping four children or adults. The heart of the home is a light-filled living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, two dishwashers, two fridge-freezers, and an induction hob, alongside a heat recovery system, wireless internet, and cable TV with Danish and German channels. Entertainment and relaxation are effortless for all ages across both indoor and outdoor spaces. Inside, you can challenge each other in the activity room with table tennis, billiards, table football, and a PlayStation, or unwind in the indoor wellness area with a whirlpool and private sauna. Outside, a massive 105 m² terrace and a 50 m² covered lounge feature a 7-person outdoor heated whirlpool for starry evenings. The spacious grounds are packed with outdoor fun, including a trampoline, swings, sandbox, football nets, garden games, and a cosy fire pit under the open sky. Guests also enjoy free access to both Svømmecenter Falster and Nordfalster Svømmecenter indoor pools for year-round swimming. Practicalities are well covered with a gas grill, washing machine, tumble dryer, baby cot, high chair, and a solar-powered EV charging station on-site. Please note that an online deposit is processed prior to arrival to cover utility consumption, and the home maintains a strict no-smoking policy with no rentals to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
