Well-located and well-maintained vacation home with a hot tub for 6 people. The house is located only 600 meters from the Limfjord and the child-friendly beach in Toftum Bjerge. The garden offers ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet, as well as opportunities for play, including a swing. There is also a fire pit where the family can enjoy roasting marshmallows, sausages, and baking bread on a stick. There is also an outdoor shower. The vacation home is bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a living room/kitchen.The living room has free internet, modern furniture, and a flat-screen TV with German TV and Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services. There is also a wood-burning stove to keep you warm on a cool summer evening or a rainy autumn day. The house is also energy-efficient with a heat pump, which allows for lower consumption. The kitchen has ceramic hobs, an extractor hood, a separate oven with grill, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms in the house, including one room with a double bed and a bunk bed for two people and one room with a double bed and a bunk bed for one person.In addition, there is a double bed in the annex of the house, including a flat-screen TV with Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services. The house has both open and covered terraces. On the terraces, you will also find a 6-person hot tub (heated with wood), comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, and a gas grill where you can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the fjord/area. The nearby campsite offers shopping facilities, a cafeteria, and free use of the campsite's playground, bouncy castle, and animals.The house is only 1000 meters from Struer Golf Course and 300 meters from the beech forest. Not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
