There is a wood-burning stove for cool summer evenings or rainy autumn evenings. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, separate oven with grill, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer with a minimum of 60 liters of freezer capacity, and a dishwasher.There is a washing machine and dryer in the house, as well as a high chair and cot for the little ones. Bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, and guest bathroom.The house has five bedrooms, four of which have double beds and one of which has bunk beds. The house has a large, open wooden terrace with good garden furniture, a café set, and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the area. In addition, there are additional table and bench sets on the property.Not available for rent to youth groups or construction crews.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
