This former country house is now used as a rental property and is located on a large natural plot in scenic surroundings close to the beach in Lyngså. The house is well equipped for a comfortable and cozy vacation. There is room for several generations or for gatherings with friends. It is a perfect house for large travel groups who want to be together but also be able to split up into smaller groups. The house offers a wide range of activities, including table football, table tennis, darts, Playstation, and more. The house has a large kitchen with everything you need to cook for a large group, a nice dining area for everyone, and a sofa group with a TV. There are 11 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms, spread over the ground floor and first floor. The house also has living rooms where you can retreat and read a good book or watch TV. On the west side of the house, there is a huge tiled terrace running the entire length of the house. Here there is space for roller skating, ball games, and inviting the whole family for a barbecue evening. There is even a sheltered area so you can enjoy the outdoors in peace and quiet. To the south, there is another terrace where you can enjoy the sun in the early and mid-day. There is a soccer goal set up on a grassy area adjacent to the terrace. The large garden is perfect for ball games and other activities. The house is located in scenic surroundings. The beach and sea are approximately 1300 m from the house.An ideal starting point for hiking, jogging, or mountain biking in peaceful surroundings. Just twenty minutes away, you will find Sæby, which has a cozy town life where you can browse the shops, enjoy a delicious breakfast, and go shopping. Sæby also has a cozy harbor environment and a lovely beach where you can dip your toes in the water and just relax to the sound of the sea.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
