It is functional and very well organized using the space to its fullest potential. It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom while the living room, dining room and the kitchen are fluidly connected into one cozy and comfortable living space. Also, you will enjoy a small loggia with the view on Zagreb. It is fully equipped with all the amenities you might need. There is WIFI, Air condition, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, stove, oven, water cooker and more.
Everything is prepared for your shorter or longer stay.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons. Two persons can sleep in the bedroom and the other two can sleep in the living room on a double sofa bed.
Pets are allowed to stay with an extra charge of 5€/day/pet.

Parking is a real problem. Parking lot behind bldg was overflowing. Parked cars were overflowing in the drive-thru lanes of the lot. Street parking on the sidewalks was the norm,,,if you can find a spot. Elevators were old and claustrophobic, but worked every time.

Très bon emplacement, avec une superbe vue
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement lumineux et très bien situé, permettant les déplacements à pied et en Tram (10m du centre). La vue est dégagée avec un très beau point de vue.
Facilité d'entrée dans les lieux, même à une heure tardive.

Perfect cosy place
Very nice and cozy apartment. It was very clean and well equipped.

Beautiful and cozy
We stayed the second time on this location. Before we staid in a bigger apartment but this one suited us just fine. It also has a great view. It is clean and really cosy. It is perfect for a couple or a family with a kid.
Davor was a good host always helpful and was reachable in any time.

very comfortable
Very comfortable apartment for 2 persons. It has everithing we needed. WiFi is realy fast. The view on the cite is realy nice. The owner was very helpful he recommend us some relay good restaurants near by, and showed us how to reach the city centre (that is not so far as we thought looking on the map)
We would certainly come back here again.
