Recent chalet of 45 m2 located in Cauterets has approximately 900m eggs and therefore the center.
Cauterets is an authentic mountain village living all year, with swimming pool, spa, casino, ice rink, mini golf, many stores including convenience stores 2 or 3 ...
bedding, upstairs bedrooms, beautiful open view, very large plot with private area with garden furniture, barbecue etc ...

Le centre-ville est accessible Ă  pied et en complĂ©ment, la ville met Ă  disposition des navettes gratuites dont on arrĂȘt est situĂ© Ă  2 pas de la rĂ©sidence.TrĂšs bonne communication avec les propriĂ©taires et la personne chargĂ©e de nous accueillir.Quant aux marches, tout est bien prĂ©cisĂ© dans l'annonce, il y en a plusieurs pour accĂ©der au chalet, et ce n'est pas du tout problĂ©matique. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

La rĂ©gion est magnifique et l'appartement, au moment oĂč nous l'avons louĂ© (fin septembre), Ă©tait trĂšs calme. En cas de problĂšme, le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs attentionnĂ©. Bon rapport qualitĂ©-prix. L'inconvĂ©nient est peut-ĂȘtre qu'il faut laisser le vĂ©hicule un peu loin et monter et descendre beaucoup d'escaliers.

parfait pour randonner

Le chalet est petit mais les piÚces sont bien disposées et les aménagements sont bien organisés. La vue sur les montagnes est un plus remarquable. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse et du jardin. L'ambiance de la résidence est calme et sympathique, les enfants jouent ensemble dans le jardin commun, à recommander !

Nous avons vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour l’emplacement du chalet Ă©tait trĂšs bien Oui plusieurs marches pour accĂ©der au chalet mais ça nous mettait en jambe le matin et lorsque l’on dĂ©couvre la vue sur la montagne et le terrain Ă  cĂŽtĂ© on se dit que ça vaut bien un petit effort surtout quand au matin on se lĂšve et dĂ©couvre qu’il a neigĂ© toute la nuit !!!! Nous avons aussi eu l’agrĂ©able surprise de dĂ©couvrir la navette gratuite pour nous amener aux tĂ©lĂ©cabines en 10 min et l’arrĂȘt correspondant Ă  notre hĂ©bergement Bref nous sommes ravis et le chalet est plutĂŽt pratique avec les chambres Ă  l’étage mĂȘme si peu insonorisĂ© mais pas grave pour une semaine 😜 Je recommande cet endroit

Le chalet est parfait pour une famille avec enfants bien equipe. Sauf que pour.y arrver.il faut descendre 84 marches sur 80 m soit l'equivalent.de 4 etages, idem pour sortir... Dur dur avec les valises et equipements de skis.

Chalet correct avec ce qu’il faut Ă  l’intĂ©rieur. Le petit de 3 ans et demie pouvait se dĂ©fouler juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, sur l’aire de jeux. Par contre, un bon coup de jeune serait vraiment le bien venu, et surtout un bon description pour y venir ( comme par exemple tous les escaliers Ă  descendre). A par cela, correct dans l’ensemble

Le chalet a besoin d'un rafraichissement adéquat pour la location

Il faudrait surtout renouveller les meubles du salon-salle à manger, trés ringards, les chaises et fauteuils sont trop rudimentaires pour une location (jamais vu si moches), si bien que nous sommes repartis avec le mal à dos! par contre la cuisine, bien que simple et petite, est bien équipée.
