Set in one of the prettiest Cambridge villages only 3 miles from Cambridge city.
With 2 double bedrooms, spacious lounge and diner and well equipped modern kitchen.
This is a large modern single-storey cottage with gated parking and a private secure garden. It is extremely warm and cosy, with the added benefit of a gas fire.
Just step out the back gate and walk to Madingley Hall in minutes.
It is also just across the road from the award-winning 3 Horseshoes' Country Pub

To visit the famous Madingley Hall, just head to a pathway to the rear of the cottage, pass by a lake then you will see Madingley Hall & church in all it's glory.
Visit the 16th-century hall, and explore the beautiful gardens and parkland full of character and history. Why not stop off for afternoon tea and cakes in the cafe?
The Three Horseshoes award-winning country pub opposite has a fantastic menu serving hearty, comforting dishes, fresh fish and Sunday roasts, Do book in advance, or enjoy a drink by the open fire!
For children, there is a fantastic park with slides, a football net and plenty of space to run around in
The historic American cemetery, museum and visitors centre is also based in Madingley
Nearby is the village of Coton which has a fantastic restaurant The Plough
The village of Madingley was known as Madingelei in the Domesday Book, a name meaning Woodland.
