Welcome to our beautiful Annex in Perranporth, hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

There is two bedrooms in this house which contains a double bed in each.

Additionally there is a office/ bedroom space on the ground floor also a double bed.

There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

The property is just off the A30, it is greatly connected to cornwall, with only 7 minutes drive from the beach.

The property has 6 acres of land with a lake, perfect for garden bbq's of simply to enjoy peace with nature.

The property is located 10 minutes walk from Healeys Cyder Farm and Callestick Ice-cream Farm.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are allowed at the property. We ask for pets to be montitored and kept with owners as preference, we do have a very large pet crate should it be required.
