Tre is a single-storey barn conversion with an open-plan living space consisting of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, a dining area for two and a sitting area. There is a super-king-size bedroom that can be set up as a twin on request, serviced by a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is a rear enclosed patio with astroturf and furniture, plus a communal lawn with two seat hammock, football nets and barbecue area. Off-road ample parking. Four, well-behaved pets welcome. Within 1.4 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, Egyptian linens, towels and WiFi included in the rent. Explore the wonders of the Cornish coast with a stay at the beautiful Tre.
