The neighborhood is quite pedestrian-friendly, allowing you to explore many attractions on foot. For those preferring a more direct route, driving or taking a taxi is widely available and convenient for reaching specific destinations within and around the city. If you're looking for an economical option, local buses serve different parts of the city and nearby towns or attractions, although they may have fixed routes and schedules. Biking enthusiasts will find Vlora to be bike-friendly (up to some extent), with some places offering bicycle rentals, providing an eco-friendly and enjoyable way to traverse the city.
