Great host, location and space. Could use a little tlc.

First, we had great time and the host was responsive and kind. Good location about a block to the beach. Large, well appointed master suite. my comments not as a complaint but meant as providing feed back that is well intentioned. The other two bedrooms were much smaller (queen bed in one, twin in the other). Most needed items were available but most everything was 'well used' (pots, pans, patio furniture etc) and IMHO needs replacing. Very limited TV channels (a channel guide would have been helpful.) Very comfortable, but appointments need updating. A bit pricey.

It didn't take long after moving to Florida to fall in love with the warmth and sunshine! For those that can't experience it full time, this is the next best thing! Enjoy our hospitality, our beaches with the sparkling white sand, our restaurants, parks and shopping.

What makes this property unique

We've combined our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with our studio, opening the double doors between the two. This gives you 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and trundle daybed in each suite for extra guests,2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and living room, with 2 private lanais and entrances. Perfect for a larger group!
