Casetta Renzi with Terrace
This lovely two-story apartment is located within a recently renovated rustic building in the ancient heart of Calmasino di Bardolino. Your dogs are welcome.
Upon entering the apartment, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen seamlessly connected to the carefully furnished living room with stonewalls, featuring a sofa and a dining table for 4. The kitchen has a refrigerator and freezer, ceramic stove, dishwasher, washing machine and all the necessary kitchen essentials. At this level, there is also a full bathroom with a shower.
From the living room, the narrow ancient staircase leads to the spacious Master Bedroom with a large double bed a television with satellite channels and an en-suite bathroom with a shower reserved for the bedroom. The room is equipped with air conditioning.
Ascending to the second and final floor, you'll discover a lounge area with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 Persons. The large windows on a magnificent terrace offer a wide lake view. This outdoor space, furnished with sun loungers, becomes the perfect spot to enjoy moments of relaxation, sunbathing, or sipping an aperitif while admiring the splendid sunsets over Lake Garda.
You can conveniently park one car in a reserved parking space just a few meters from the house.

You can enjoy relaxing days on the beach or practice sports such as surfing, kitesurfing and sailing.
Many guests also take advantage of our beautiful mountains for hiking and cycling.

Gardasee im Herbst
Die Lage der Wohnung ist für einen Urlaub am Gardasee absolut perfekt.
In der Wohnung fehlt unbedingt ein vernünftiger Kleiderschrank.

Klein, aber fein
Ein scharfes Küchenmesser sowie eine Schere wären toll. Ebenso wäre es toll in der Anzeige anzugeben, dass das Haus sich direkt neben einer Kirche befindet, wo bereits um 7 Uhr morgens die Glocken läuten.

Auszeit zu zweit in italien
Der Ausblick auf den gardasee.
Das Häuschen ist echt super schön und auch echt schön eingerichtet.
Zwei Bäder
Im Bad geht die Farbe von den Wänden.
Die Kopfkissen sind so hart. Die konnten wir nicht benutzen.
Die Kirchenglocken läuten um 07:00 Uhr morgens 48 mal.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub
Wir haben die Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub gebucht und haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, so dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Gerne kommen wir wieder !!

Schöner Urlaub
Das Rustico ist sehr schön, toll eingerichtet und gut gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr liebevoll mit allem, was man im Ferienhaus braucht (Putzmittel, Lappen, Handtücher etc.). Domus Rental war immer sehr hilfsbereit, die Betreuung über die App und WhatsApp hat sehr gut funktioniert.
Leider konnten wir die Markise auf der Dachterrasse nicht bedienen.
Es gibt leider im Erdgeschoss ein Ameisenproblem, so dass man aufpassen muss, dass nichts Süßes offen stehen bleibt.
