You are within a 10-minute Drive to The Mailbox, Selfridges and the Bullring for an extensive array of shops, restaurants and bars. You are also within a short drive of the New Street train station and the Custard Factory for live music and street food.

Birmingham Botanical Gardens and Cannon Hill Park are within a 30-minute drive. If you are looking For sports fans, you are within a 20-minute Uber from Edgbaston Cricket Stadium, and for theatre lovers, you are within 30 minutes Uber from the Hippodrome.

With plenty of other attractions nearby, including the Victorian campus of the University of Birmingham and the Birmingham Wildlife Conservation Park, this is an ideal location for work, leisure or both. There are also several supermarkets to pick up your food and other essentials.

Scott Arms X51, 51, 841 and 28 with stops within a 5-minute walk of the property for trips into the city centre (including the train station). Due to its central location, it is well-served by several bus routes and taxi companies.

★ Guest will be asked to sign a rental agreement for long-term and short stays and pay an off-platform deposit of £350 for Weekday guests under 2 and £750 for Weekends and groups above 2 if your group number is above 2. Your stay is over the weekend. You will be expected to pay the weekend deposit held. No money is taken. This is just a card swipe like a hotel would, and no card is needed.★
