Elina Villa, a stone villa with private pool, bbq and sea view
Xirokampi Village is a quiet village located on the west Crete, 4km away from the beach. The village is built on a slope of a green hill and offers amazing view over the sea and the olive groves. Maleme beach is 4km away; along the coastal road there are many restaurants and bars, while the crowded resort of Platanias is only 8 km away. Elina Villa is a new built stone villa ideal for relaxation.
Elina Villa has a wonderful outdoor area. Around the private pool there are sun loungers and umbrellas. The covered area with the barbecue and the outdoor dining set is the perfect place to pass some lazy time with the family. Outdoor sets are also found at the terrace and at the veranda of the first floor, from where the view is unobstructed.
The villa is a two store stone building. The ground floor consists of an open concept lounge area and kitchen. All the three bedrooms are found on the first floor. The house has 2 bathrooms; one on the ground floor and one at the first floor. There is also an utility room at the ground floor, where the washing machine is found. The house is fully air conditioned.
