The Space:
This contemporary and spacious apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The generous open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a private balcony and a large sofa and armchair, plus smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The spacious double bedrooms feature storage space for your belongings and comfortable beds with crisp hotel linen. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower over bath - both include complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Top location in the heart of Manchester, where you are within walking distance of the city centre sights. Set on the canal, there are a number of trendy bars and restaurants nearby. Castleford Arena is just a 5 minute walk away and the Science and Industry Museum just 5 minutes further. The perfect location with easy access to explore the city.

Getting Around:
It's just a 10 minute walk into central Manchester which can be easily navigated on foot. There are local busses that service the nearby Liverpool Road. Both Manchester Piccadilly and Victoria stations are a short taxi ride away.

Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 4 people.

Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.

Please note that the entrance door to your apartment does NOT lock automatically, you have to manually turn the lock when in the apartment and lock with the key when leaving.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.

For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
