Absolutely perfect for the dog and I.

Absolutely perfect for the dog and I. Secluded and quiet just how we like it with a fabulous pub a couple of minutes walk away, serving delicious food. Scenic walks from the doorstep, with Bridgnorth and Ludlow within a 10 mile drive. Michelle the lovely host messaged on the morning of my arrival and was on hand if anything was needed.

We were house hunting in the area so the School Lodge was an idea base for us .

We were house hunting in the area so the School Lodge was an idea base for us . It is quite compact but has everything you need for a long weekend or in our case a week . The WiFi works really well as does the smart tv It was a pleasure to sit in the enclosed private garden with a glass of wine watching and listening to the many types of bird and even a squirrel made his daily visit.There are some fantastic walks literally from the front gate . We walked miles in beautiful countryside . If that’s not enough the Boyne Arms is about two minute walk away - run by the owners of the School Lodge . Really good food and beer and a very warm welcome awaits .
