About this property

Beautiful 500 square foot guest house with knotty pine walls and high ceiling. It has central air, kitchenette with full refrigerator and microwave. Very clean.

Access to garage to park vehicles or motorcycles. Right by the fairgrounds and a few minutes to Main Street. This is located on 3 acres. Beautiful views. Available year round!! Sleeps 4 (futon and hide-a-bed from couch! You will love this place!

Loved our first time at Sturgis!

Our hosts, Rob and Robin, were great people. Very accommodating and made us feel right at home in their peaceful sanctuary. We will definitely stay with them again!

Excellent hospitality

My father and I stayed for the last week of Sturgis. Rob and Robin were excellent hosts and treated us like family. The atmosphere at their place was one of the best experiences of Sturgis. The distance from their house to downtown was short and provided excellent quick trips for events. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Sturgis this property should be your number one pick.

Great place in the Black Hills.

An overall great place to stay while in Sturgis, or anywhere in the Black Hills. Easy access to interstate, and walk-able to downtown Sturgis. The place was very comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. Rob and Robin were fantastic hosts and went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend!

Great place close to downtown Sturgis

Nice guest quarters with garage space for your motorcycles. Owners were great! Very friendly and accommodating. Close to downtown but feel like your in the country. I would stay here again.

We have owned this property since the 1980's and absolutely love this property. Our house is on this property as well. My name is Robin and my husband, Rob, is a contractor. He has built our home and this rental/garage/workshop. We take pride in keep this property well maintained. We are entering our retirement and decided to rent out our family room where we host get-togethers. We love meeting people from all over and do our best to make our guests feel safe and comfortable.

Why they chose this property

This rental is attached to a garage and workshop. We built it in 2004 and have hosted many events in this room. It is beautiful and our pride and joy. You will even see deer roaming through the land year-round. You will love it!

Downtown Sturgis is 1-2 miles away and within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

Sturgis is a unique town that has a history of being called the "Key City" because in the old days, everyone had to drive through Sturgis to get to any other towns.
Sturgis is close to to the following towns/activities: Deadwood that offers gambling, Lead which offers snowmobile trails and ski slopes, the Black Hills that offers many scenic areas and activities, Spearfish which has bicycle trails and many marathons, and Rapid City which offers shopping and many conveniences.
