Mixed blessings

No private bathroom. It is shared with guests from 2 other rooms. The lavatory is also in that bathroom. The fitness room mentioned on the website is non existent. The location is beautiful nice views of the surrounding countryside. The owners opened their spacious kitchen for the use of guests.
