Enjoyed the mix of modern design within classic Parisian architecture. The bathroom was stylish and comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the apartment was spotless, safe, and offered an incredible view. Be prepared for the stairs though - take your time climbing, and it’s absolutely worth it once you reach the top.

We had a lovely stay at this little flat in Paris. It had everything we needed for 3 people and the air conditioning unit meant that even in 38 degree temps, we were able to get a good nights sleep. The flat is within walking distance of all the attractions, plus there is a metro stop just outside the property as well. We enjoyed getting fresh bread and pastries from the bakery on the corner, and for the nights we cooked our own food there was a grocery shop within a couple of minutes walk. The property does not have a lift, and we needed to walk up 6 flights of steps to get to the flat, but this wasn't a problem for us and we were warned about it in advance. If you are looking for a nice, clean flat within a central location, I would 100% recommend this one.

A chic 6th floor apartment in the 8th arrondissement

We had a great time touring Paris in the Modern 1BR by Champs-Élysées - Arc de Triomphe. The apartment is in an upscale part of Paris and is convenient to several groceries and a great patisserie. While there is a metro stop close by, it's a little further walk to the Champs-Élysées stop if you are headed to the Louvre and further east. Please note that the apartment is 6 floors up on very narrow stairs- if that is ok, you will love this unit! Note- the unit is near the roof line, it could be a little warm in summer!

not worth this location

Keys are in lock box 9 minute walk away. the six flights of stairs are brutal and you pass through the garbage room each time. location is great, the metro is right there. bathroom is very small, like you can't sit on the toilet with your legs straight out, need to be at an angle. main problem is that the second bed didn't work. pull out sofa was broken and they didn't fix it or provide a partial refund. visit paris, just don't stay here.

Alguns ajustes necessária

Julgo ser importante colocar no anuncio a descrição de acesso ao apartamento, que existe uma escada de madeira em espiral ate ao 6 piso...se um visitante trouxer uma mala de porão ele terá problemas em subir aquelas escadões...e o acesso entre hall de contentores de lixo ate a escada é horrível, cheira mal as vezes temos que desviar para conseguir passar...e no apartamento a minha esposa reclama que não ha panos para limpeza e nem esfregona para o chão, espero que essas informações possam melhorar para os futuros hospedes.

Fantastiška viešnagė

Vieta yra žiauriai gera, praktiškai visus ikoninius vietas galima pasiekti pėsčiomis. Check-in buvo labai paprastas, su aiškiomis instrukcijomis. Butas buvo aukščiausios klasės – švarus, jaukus ir tylus, nors ir pačiame centre. Rajonas pilnas istorijos ir kultūros, su gyvybingomis gatvėmis, šauniomis kavinėmis ir įdomiais muziejais. Užstatas buvo grąžintas be jokių problemų. Šeimininkas buvo labai dėmesingas ir labai padėjo su bet kokiais klausimais, kas padarė mano viešnagę puikią.
