Just 50 meters from Lota Beach, this cozy 2-bedroom house is an excellent option for families, couples, or small groups looking for a peaceful vacation by the sea. It is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house and has a maximum capacity for 4 guests.
The accommodation has two spacious bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed, and two bathrooms with shower. It also features a comfortable living and dining room, television, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning with hot and cold function, providing a pleasant stay at any time of year.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, Delta Q capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher and all the utensils necessary to prepare meals during your stay. The washing machine is located in one of the bathrooms.
On the outside, guests can enjoy two spacious patios. The entrance patio, facing west, has an outdoor shower, ideal for use after a day at the beach. The second patio, facing east and accessible through the living room and one of the bedrooms, has a barbecue, table, stone benches and an umbrella, being perfect for outdoor meals.
Barbecues and outdoor spaces must be used responsibly, always respecting the rest of the neighborhood. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not permitted.
The location is one of the main highlights of the property: beach access is through a wooden boardwalk and, nearby, you will find cafés, restaurants, supermarket, ATM and other essential services, all within walking distance.
The house is located approximately 60 km from Faro Airport, near the Ria Formosa Natural Park and renowned golf courses, such as Quinta da Ria and Monte Rei.

Duas semanas de imersão
Entre outros aspectos refiro a localização junto da praia como a mais saliente.
A existência de duas instalações sanitárias melhorou muito a classificação.
Falta o ar condicionado para a classificação melhorar significativamente.
