About this property

Lovely cared for property with south facing conservatory for those cooler days, outside patio and dining area for relaxation, sunbathing etc.

Situated within a private gated development, therefore able to offer free parking despite being in a key area.
Cromarty is our original cottage and remains a firm favourite of our long standing Guests, who return year after year. It is a south facing cosy space, furnished in warm soft tones, of gold’s and lilacs, cosy rugs and enhanced by plenty of cushions, lamps and Eastbourne memorabilia. Couples or families have enjoyed this space for several years and it has now had a refurbishment, ready for t he new season.

The property offers guests the chance to enjoy the relaxing, bright lounge with two sofas, internet T.V. ,and Wi fi to keep you entertained, and make your holiday a getaway a ‘home from home’ experience.

You can separate yourselves for some quiet time by sitting in the south facing conservatory for a little down time, or a space for the children to relax.

We just loved it like each and every single of our maybe 15 stays there!

A firm favourite of our Guests returning year after year. A south facing cosy space, it's furnished in warm soft tones. Couples or families have enjoyed this space for several years.

A bright lounge with two sofas, internet T.V. ,and Wi fi to keep you and your family entertained. We also have a few books, jigsaws and small holiday games to keep you amused.
Or enjoy quiet time by sitting in the front south facing conservatory for a little sunshine.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare full meals or snacks. A dining table seating four people sits in the kitchen, or a dining table on the patio with parasol available if you would like to dine outside on the patio.

Bedroom1 has a king size bed with pocket sprung mattress whilst the other bedroom has comfortable twin beds.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with handgrips and stylish seat. Especially suitable for guests with poor mobility.

To the front is a picket-fenced south facing patio, with table, chairs foe enjoying a glass of wine or Al fresco dining. To the rear is lawned area for shade in the early afternoon if you wish.

Includes sheets, towels, excluding beach towels, and a few complimentary sundries.
