On the first floor of a contemporary beachfront residence, this apartment makes a wonderful base for an exciting holiday on the island of Pag. In a quiet, family-friendly resort, the apartment sleeps 6 people so suits a family or friends looking for relaxation right by the water.
The main living area, which has large glass doors out onto the balcony, is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, a dining table and chairs and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and coffee machine.
The private balcony looks out over the swimming pool to the sea just beyond. There is a table and chairs which makes the ideal spot for the perfect sundowner or meals al fresco.
The resort has much to offer its guests. In addition to the swimming pool and sun loungers, which are exclusively for residents’ use, there is also a waterside restaurant on site. Free mooring for boats is also available on the adjacent quayside.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a stunning sea view, with sliding glass doors leading directly onto the balcony. The room has a king-sized double bed and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: An airy bedroom furnished with a king-sized double bed, single bed, chest of drawers and a large wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

Location
The resort is located right on the shores of a beautiful bay, with panoramic views. It is in a quiet spot but not far from many of the activities Pag has to offer. If you can tear yourself away from the pristine beaches and crystal clear sea, there are hiking and cycling routes around the island, as well as climbing. Back by the water, visitors can go scuba diving, snorkeling and kayaking around remote coves.
The fishing village of Stara (Old) Novalja (5 minutes) has roots going back 1000’s of years thanks to its sheltered location and temperate climate. There are some interesting archaeological sites as well as a variety of excellent restaurants and cafés.
The larger town of Novalja (5 minutes) has an enchanting historic centre, which makes a great spot for an evening stroll before enjoying an aperitif at one of the town’s lovely seafront cafés. The town has farmers and fish markets where you can pick up the best local produce and freshest catch of the day.
