A spacious apartment with space for up to 6 people, not far from the city center and with a beautiful terrace, that`s exactly what we offer you here.
This beautiful and modern apartment offers 73 square meters of space for up to 6 people in the two bedrooms with double beds and the sofa bed in the living room. You can prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen if you don`t feel like going out to eat in the city. A special highlight: the terrace where you can sip your morning coffee. Internet is available free of charge throughout the apartment.
A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.

Beim Einchecken fanden wir folgende Mängel vor:Wasserhahn im WC wackelt Geschirrtuch und Küchenlappen fehlenKein Free-TV (Objektbeschreibung: "Fernsehen")Wasserkocher Schalter defekt Wandleuchte im Bad nicht schaltbarTV/WLAN instabilBad- und WC-Lüfter funktionieren unzuverlässig (zu lang, mitunter gar nicht)Vorhang Balkontür fehlt Thermostat Wohnzimmerheizung defekt1 Steckdose Nachttisch rechts kaputtkein Bügelbrett und -eisen (lt. Objektbeschreibung vorhanden)Wir gingen davon aus, lt. Objektbeschreibung eine Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht zu haben. Es war dann aber eines abgeschlossen.Das FeWo-Direkt-Angebot schien einen privaten Vermieter "Chr*** Sch***" auszuweisen.Nach Buchung war dann aber nicht dieser via FeWo-Direkt unser Vertragspartner, sonder ein anderes anonymes Anbieterportal "Arbio".Und wir wollten eigentlich für 2 von insgesamt 11 Nächten eine dritte Person zubuchen. Lt. FeWo-Direkt-Portal betrug die Differenz zwischen 2 und 3 Personen für die KOMPLETTEN 11 Nächte EUR 110,00.Nachträglich war dann aber bei Arbio nur eine Erweiterung auf drei Personen für EUR 330,00 möglich. Wir verzichteten.
