Consists of the living room, kitchen, WC, outdoor dining area and garden.
1st level:
Features 2 bedrooms and bathroom with bathtub.
2nd level:
Fitted with 1 bedroom.
Each of the 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor feature a queen size bed and A/C unit.
Both have access to a balcony offering beautiful views of the gardens and green surrounds.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and A/C unit.
The open-plan living room is fitted with a comfortable sofa and a 32’ flat screen TV. 
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and cooktop, a large refrigerator, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, kitchenware and crockery for easy meal preparation.
There is also a dining table with 6 chairs.
The living room has access to a private garden with outdoor furniture, offering stunning views of the lush green environment.
The bathroom features a bathtub and washing machine.
There is a WC.
There are 3 A/C units in the maisonette, one in each bedroom.
A private washing machine is available for our guests.

The garden/outdoor area features a private BBQ, garden furniture sets and kiosk to relax in the morning/evenings..

Insect screens are installed on all windows and doors.

Unfortunately pets and parties are not allowed.
All amenities are within 500m – 2km from the property, including petrol station, supermarket and an abundance of cafes and restaurants.  A small beach is just 500m from the property and can be accessed by car or on foot. The property is close to all the magnificent beaches of the area, popular Afytos beaches of Pounta and Liosi can be found at 7’ drive.
Afytos, a beautiful traditional village, where main amenities such as mini-market, bakery, pharmacy and shops can be found is 3' drive.
Major village and popular resort Kallithea is just 7’ drive, where super-markets can be found, plus medical centre, an abundance of cafes and restaurants and night life.
A member of the team will meet and greet the guest upon arrival at the premises, complying with safe distancing and precautionary measures against Covid-19. The team member will hand over disinfected house keys and provide apartment specific information, such as where the hot water switch is, wifi access codes etc. We will be readily available to answer questions or provide further information and guidance to guests by phone, throughout their stay.
