The property is located in a lively nightlife area, so Friday and Saturday nights may be somewhat noisier; the house is well soundproofed and has thick windows to mitigate noise.

Ground floor: Spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, utility room and bathroom with shower.
First floor: Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower and bathtub) and second bedroom with double bed and third bedroom with double sofa bed bunk-style nest bed (ideal for children or adults). Second bathroom with shower.
Upper floor: Gorgeous terrace with panoramic views of the port, Palma Bay and Bellver Castle, equipped with a table and sun loungers to enjoy the sun and outdoor meals.
The house has air conditioning in all rooms, central heating and Wi-Fi connection, ensuring comfort throughout the stay.

The house is located in a restricted access area for residents (ACIRE). Priority Villas will manage the circulation authorisation with the City Council: you only need to notify us in advance and send the vehicle registration number.
Parking is available upon request and at an additional cost, subject to availability. There are also recommended nearby public car parks, as the area is a regulated parking zone.

The apartment was beautiful and had all the amenities you need for a great vacation. The beds were comfortable and the terrace was lovely. There is lots of sun and space. The hosts were very responsive and provided many recommendations for restaurants, parking, etc. Would definitely stay there again .
Wonderful property in a great location. Stunning views from the terrace. Conveniently located for bars and restaurants and only a short walk from Palma centre. Well insulated from the street nightlife noise at the weekend. Just worth noting the 3rd bedroom is smaller than the others and access to the roof terrace is through the small bedroom.

10/10 experience staying at the property. The manager was highly responsible and helpful with any questions we had. The manager was also flexible with check-in times after we had arrived early. The property was as advertised with great location. I would recommend to a friend and would be back in the future! Thank you!
I stayed here with a group of friends, all in our late twenties. The location is great -- just a few mins from the airport, shopping and downtown bars/clubs.
We rented a car, and while there is some info about parking being restricted to residents we did not have any issues and just put the car on the side of the house.
The management was especially helpful, as I'd locked us out the first night. It was a public holiday and no one was working, but management was able to get us a locksmith within an hour which was honestly amazing.
The view from the terrace is also great in the mornings / evenings. 10/10 would recommend this place

Dream location, but…..
Such an appartment in santa catalina. We enjoyed it.
To future renters. Beware that on friday and saturday in our street there is a disco. At night the visitors make a lot of noise. We didn’ t care but i have to mention it.

Definitely recommend, lovely place.
It is truly lovely. Stayed with 4 of my other female friends and there was more than enough space for us all. The rooms are really big, clean and nicely decorated. The wardrobe space is vast, plenty of hangers. There’s a hairdryer and iron, both an advantage. There are 3 bathrooms with showers, one of them is on the ground floor. The very best thing about the property is the roof terrace. Having an early eveningmorning drink watching the boats and cruise liners sitting up there, with the sun shining, perfect. If you want to stay in a more Spanish traditional place, rather than a tourist hotel on the front then this is for you.
It would benefit from a handrail on the wall up the stairs for extra safety as it’s a little steep. And one going up to the roof terrace too. We also missed not having a long mirror in any of the bedrooms, which would have been a nice addition. We were advised of the noise at the weekend at night as there’s a nightclub a really short distance away from the property and we weren’t prepared for it, you can definitely hear it enough for you to be disturbed, so perhaps pack some earplugs. This was only on the Friday night though, (we stayed Wednesday to Saturday), and in no detracted from our overall stay as it was a gem of a place.
