Holiday home for 6 people in Cómpeta, Province of Málaga, Andalusia.

Ideal villa to relax and disconnect from the daily stress with all the comfort of being at home and only 5 minutes from the village of Cómpeta and all its amenities. The outdoor areas with its spacious terraces, summer kitchen and private swimming pool invite you to sunbathe and cool off while preparing a good barbecue in the hottest months of the year. The indoor areas invite you to relax with a good book by the fireplace and take advantage of the cooler months of the year.

Single storey house with large living - dining room and fully equipped kitchen. It consists of 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which has its own bathroom with shower. There is also a bathroom with shower in the house. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the swimming pool.

In the outdoor area there is a large area with swimming pool, sun loungers, outdoor dining area and summer kitchen with barbecue. In this area there is also a toilet. In addition, there is a relaxation area with comfortable seating.

Wonderful views of the countryside and the sea!

The access road is a dirt track, characterised by curves, typical for the mountainous area where the house is located.

Ein wunderschönes Testament in erstklassiger Lage mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die Hügel und das Meer am Horizont, leicht zu erreichen, nahegelegenes Dorf Compete, schöne Einrichtungen, gepflegtes Anwesen. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten (was in der Gegend ein großes Plus sein kann).
