Converted mill with private pool. Beautifully furnished and fully equipped. Private walled garden. Located in the hamlet of La Molineta near the white village of Frigiliana. A spacious and luxurious house decorated with hand made tiles and original artwork.
The house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a lounge with wood burning stove, a separate dining room and kitchen. There is also an utility room with washing machine.

Double doors lead from the lounge to the dining terrace with pergola and built in BBQ. From the dining terrace 2 steps lead to the tiled sun terrace and then on to the pool terrace surrounded by superb planting. The garden is completely walled and private. The pool is 8m. x 4m.

Off a half landing is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with its own access direct to the garden.

On the upper floor is a twin bedroom; a double bedroom with air conditioning and a dressing room with a single bed, ideal for a young child. There is also on this floor a family bathroom and roof terrace with fantastic views.

Cleaning:
We have been using the same local team of cleaners for more almost 30 years with consistently superb results.
The house is cleaned thoroughly for each new arrival and then weekly if you stay longer.
All towels, beach towels and linens are sent out to a professional laundry where they are washed at high temperatures and with products that kill 100% of germs and bacteria.
All linen is changed for each stay and then weekly.
All floors and surfaces are sanitised with bleach at least once a week.
Hand soap is provided in each bathroom.

I live nearby so can provide for anything else you need during your stay.
