If you feel like exploring the south of Spain and immersing yourself in coastal spirit, this accommodation is ideal for a vacation. This charming apartment on the first floor of a historic building offers the perfect combination of serenity near the beach and the convenience of having the city center within reach.

Located on a first floor without lift, you will be greeted by a bright living room with a skylight ideal for relaxing while watching Smart TV or enjoying unforgettable moments with your loved ones. The ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably. You will be able to enjoy the rich recipes on the table prepared for all guests. There is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. With three cosy bedrooms with double beds you will find the perfect space to rest and recharge your batteries after a full day in the city. A full bathroom with bathtub completes your stay.

Cádiz is a beautiful Andalusian city known for its history, beaches, and culture. Moreover, the city has a special charm due to its location on a peninsula surrounded by the sea. Just 400 meters from the accommodation, you'll find La Caleta Beach, a small bay with golden sands and calm waters perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. It is located between Santa Catalina Castle and San Sebastián Castle, both with impressive architecture and offering panoramic views of the city and the sea. The property is fine - cute, spacious, and centrally located. BUT, the property management company, Homerti, is a nightmare. They made me pay a series of deposits and payments off the VRBO platform and then refused to produce a receipt for my work purchasing card expense statement, which put me out of compliance with our accounting rules. Then, they initially refused to refund the booking and allow me to rebook with my personal card. They provided one and a half rolls of toilet paper for three people for four nights and refused to provide more. If you want the frustration of extra cleaning tasks or solving problems with a group of people whose job it is to extract money and then not help you, then booking the property will be perfectly suitable!

Très bien situé. Un peu humide.

Appartement très bien situé, en plein centre et à deux pas de bars et restaurants. À 5 mn à pied de la playa de la Caleta. L'appartement est grand et correspond aux photos. L'air conditionné et le wifi fonctionnent bien. Nous n'y avons pas cuisiné, mais il semblait correctement équipé. Un inconvénient est l'absence d'endroit pour accrocher du linge ou des serviettes pour les faire sécher. Deux des trois chambres n'ont pas de fenêtres vers l'extérieur et ne peuvent être ventilées qu'avec la climatisation. Elles sont très sombres et humides. La troisième donne sur une rue, qui n'était pas très passante lors de notre séjour fin mai, mais on entendait tout quand quelqu'un passait. En haute saison touristique, ça doit être assez gênant. Le salon est très agréable et lumineux avec sa verrière. Une particularité est un puits de lumière au pied du canapé qui doit être laissé découvert, car il donne de la lumière à l'appartement du dessous.
