The beautiful Sorgente apartment is located in the quaint seaside village of Umdloti in KwaZulu Natal, Durban. With this property situated directly opposite Umdloti beach and having the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants, groups of family or friends are bound to have the perfect summer getaway.
The sizeable fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher as well as a washing machine along with all kitchen necessities needed to cook up your favourite dishes. The kitchen and living space are separated by a countertop functioning as a dining area that seats 6 people comfortably. The lounge area offers a cozy environment and is fitted with a flat-screen TV. Leading out from the lounge, through large glass sliding doors is a spacious undercover balcony with outdoor furniture and a built-in braai for guests to make use of while they enjoy the spectacular ocean views.
This apartment offers 2 modern bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom includes air conditioning, a queen size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a basin, toilet and gorgeous walk-in shower and glass doors leading out onto the balcony which allows for an abundance of natural light and fresh sea air into the room. The second bedroom offers a comfy queen size bed and makes use of a shared bathroom also including a basin, toilet and shower. All linen and towels are included with your stay.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
