Inside, guests enjoy two bright bedrooms, a large living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. A wide staircase with railing and a stair guard ensures safety for young children. Bed linen is provided. Outdoors, the 65-acre property borders forest and mountains, with two ponds and a creek perfect for strolls and nature play. Families and dogs are warmly welcomed. The 400m² front yard includes a patio, while the rear opens to expansive green space. Entertainment abounds with a 50m² leisure room featuring billiards, darts, and a bar, plus table tennis and bocce on-site. Nearby bathing lakes include Saint-Quirin (7 km), Abreschviller (12 km), and Étang du Stock (Langatte, 30 km). Whether you're hiking, relaxing, or playing games with loved ones, this home offers a cozy and active escape in nature. A security deposit of EUR 60,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
