Nos mandáis dejar el piso limpio, y no había si quiera estropajos ni bayetas, ni nada. Todo lo tuvieron que comprar

Gracias por tu valoración positiva y por compartir tu experiencia. Sentimos que no hayas encontrado estropajos ni bayetas en el apartamento. Normalmente deberías haber encontrado un set de cortesía para los primeros días con bayeta, estropajo y jabón, lo sentimos si no ha sido así y revisaremos que ha ocurrido para que no vuelva a pasar. Al ser un alojamiento turístico para el resto de la estancia los suministros deben ser adquiridos por el huésped. Tomamos nota de tu comentario para mejorar este aspecto.
