Welcome to our beautiful modern, approximately 46 sqm attic apartment, which is located on the 2nd floor.

The living area is equipped with a sofa, TV, radio, open kitchenette and dining area. The bedroom in the open gallery has a TV and a double bed (180x200cm). The bathroom has a window and was completely renovated at the end of 2016. From the balcony you can enjoy the beautiful view of the city forest and linden park. A free WiFi is available to our guests.

In the basement of the house there is a washing machine and a dryer that can be used for a small fee. There is a parking space with No. 21 directly at the house for your car. You can accommodate bicycles in the lockable storage room, which is also on the property.
