This property is close to everything that Ottawa has to offer. In fact, it embodies Ottawa: It is urban with a suburban look and feel; it is within walking distance of the downtown core; it is surrounded by embassies and diplomatic residences; is close to the universities with a diverse population of families with young children and teenagers, young couples, older empty nesters,, singles and professionals #79 and its twin next door (#81) were built in 1930 by two brothers who raised their families side by side as purpose built duplexes. That vision can be seen and felt in the home and its gardens which explains why the home nestles as few as one or as many as 6 comfortably.
