Villa Oliva In front of the villa Oliva there is a wonderful swimming pool of 38 m2 where you can refresh yourself during the summer heat or drink refreshing drinks and soak up the rays of the Istrian sun on the deckchairs by the pool. Enjoy traditional cuisine in a covered area with a dining table and 10 seats. Have fun with the youngest members of the family on the trampoline in front of the villa. On the ground floor of the villa there is an open space full of light, where there is a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with 10 seats. Villa consist of 5 fully equated bedrooms. The first bedroom with its own bathroom and a double bed and a separate toilet is located on the ground floor of the villa. The remaining 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor, equipped with double beds and private bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and television. Enjoy the mornings on the terrace of the villa on the first floor with coffee and the Istrian atmosphere. The villa have space off 272m2 on 1307 m2 plot. Villa Oliva is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed at the villa, this villa is ideal for couples or families
