Additional information:
1. The air conditioning system for cooling and heating in this apartment is coin-operated. (1€, approx. 100 minutes) and insertions €1 or €2.
2. A refundable Security Deposit of €200 shall be paid upon arrival as a form of protection against damage to the property that may incur while the unit is rented and it applies to a maximum of 4 people only, and this is adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards.
3. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and is not applicable for 28-night stay and above.

5. No daily cleaning for the unit or daily changing of sheets/linens/towels. Washing machine available inside the apartment.
6. If you are booking for Monthly or Long stays (28 nights or more) are for a MINIMUM OF 3 PERSONS ONLY; EXTRA PERSONS are charged €375 each per month. Monthly or long-stay rates DO NOT INCLUDE utility bills, wifi/tv connection, or the post-check-out cleaning fee. To clarify, the charges apply to the duration of the stay, NOT starting from 28 nights.
(a) Bills for 2-Bedroom Units: €140 (2 people), €160 (3 people), €180 (4 people), and adjusted based on the final number of occupants. Amounts may vary depending on utility consumption.
(b) Bills for 1-Bedroom and Studio Units: €120 (2 people), €140 (3 people), €160 (4 people) , and adjusted based on the final number of occupants. Amounts may vary depending on utility consumption.
(c) €25 wifi/TV connection monthly
(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent of the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival or during the duration of stay, it is NON-REFUNDABLE.
(e) After check out, cleaning fees for a 28-night stay or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.

Unterkunft an falschen Ort. Kundenservice war Katastrophal.
Als wir die angegebene Adresse erreicht hatten wurde, uns aus Anfrage mitgeteilt das sie Unterkunft an einem anderen Ort befindet. Ca 4 km vor Ort. Wir müssten uns selbst um ein Taxi besorgen um an den andern Ort zu kommen. Vermieter hat alle Schuld von sich gewiesen. Rezeption war dauerhaft geschlossen und nie zu der angeben Zeit offen. Möbel und Einrichtungen waren sehr veraltet und entsprachen nicht mehr den angegeben Bildern. Sifon war auch defekt. Pool war verdreckt. Stechmücken konnten über Lüftungsschacht einfliegen. Sodass unser Sohn extrem zerstocken wurde. Desweiteren waren seit dem 1 Tag Ameisen in der Wohnung die sich über unser Essen her machen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist eine Katastrophe. Wir können nur jeden davon abraten dies Unterkunft zu buchen.
