Welcome travellers to our stunning apartment in Pender Gardens, St. Julians with a private, large balcony !
Included in this apartment is a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen and 3 large bedrooms, making it perfect for both long and short term rentals.
Not only is this apartment stylish & comfortable, but it is also centrally located, making it the ideal base especially for work/study related since it is close to Paceville, Sliema and Swieqi.
Super strong WIFI throughout and AC.
All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Living Spaces | The living area of our apartment is spacious and modern, furnished with comfortable seating options for everyone to gather and relax. We have also provided a smart TV, so you can enjoy your favourite shows or movies during your stay.
Our living room is equipped with a versatile sofa that easily converts into a sofa bed, offering additional sleeping space for 1 extra guest. Rest assured, we provide linens and towels tailored to accommodate the number of occupants, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay for all.
Private Terrace | This is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or have a delightful dinner with friends or family at the dining area. The terrace offers a peaceful and serene ambiance, allowing you to unwind and soak in the beauty of your surroundings.

Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms. Our apartment features three beautifully designed bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for up to eight guests. Each room is tastefully decorated and furnished with cozy beds and ample storage space for your belongings.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

Within minutes, you can find yourself surrounded by an array of bars, clubs, and restaurants that cater to every taste and preference. From savoring exquisite cuisine to dancing the night away, Paceville truly has it all.
Pender Gardens is a food lover's paradise. From trendy cafes to fine dining establishments, there is a wide range of culinary options to satisfy every palate. You can indulge in delicious Mediterranean cuisine, sample local delicacies, or even try international flavors!
For those who prefer public transportation, the area is served by several bus stops that are within walking distance from the apartment complex. The buses connect Pender Gardens to various destinations across the island, making it convenient for residents to explore different areas of Malta without the need for a car.

Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
