Make your stay on the Lisbon coast unique! Vila Maria is not just an ordinary accommodation, but an attraction in itself. This over a hundred-year-old building, renovated but retaining many antique elements, surrounded by a lush garden, has a magical atmosphere. At the same time it offers a lot of comfort and space. Consists of two separate apartments on three floors. The eclectic, yet very coherent and well-thought-out decor of both parts creates a fairy-tale atmosphere with a colonial note. A huge advantage is the location of the villa in the very center of an authentic Portuguese town right on the Ocean and next to the suburban train station Lisbon-Cascais, restaurants, cafes, shops and everything you need for a quiet holiday, because the silence here, interrupted only by the singing of birds, is truly surprising.

Parede is a small town near Lisbon, located right on the Ocean. Truly Portuguese and yet undiscovered by crowds of tourists and expats, it allows you to immerse yourself in the peaceful and authentic atmosphere of the local community. A city park with ponds and a cafe, a community center with live concerts and a pub with billiards and snooker, countless cafes and restaurants as well as a beach with a promenade with restaurants on the cliff - all nearby - make living here very pleasant. Moreover, Parede is located in the center of all the tourist attractions of the region between Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra, so it is a great starting point for trips.

Sheltered by a high hedge from a small street, and surrounded by a lush garden, it provides privacy and silence as well as a lot of outdoor space to enjoy. Its location in the very center of the town makes everything accessible on foot, including the beach and the suburban train.
