Spacious and comfortable studio for 4 people formed by harmoniously arranged spaces to provide a comfortable stay.
This apartment in a modernist building exquisitely combines materials and epochs. Passionate about our history we have opted for the recovery of pieces such as details of plaster moldings, reproduction of the originals.
The 60 m2 apartment is distributed in two areas. One where the living room, small kitchen, bathroom with shower and a bedroom integrated in the living room with a bed of 160 Cms. The living room has a large window that overlooks the interior patio with plants.
Separated we find a room with a bed of 140 cm. With bath and shower. It has a large balcony with views and a decorative fireplace of the time with two original modernist cupboards that have been restored as closets.
The two bathrooms of the apartment have amenities of the exclusive Molton Brown brand.
The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine and toaster.
Washer-dryer available for guests in communal areas.
Magnificent location in the center of Alcoy, a few steps from the Plaza de España and the Church of Santa María.
In the same square, there is a private parking open 24 hours a day.
