This apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms provides
accommodation for 4 to 6 people. (There is a comfortable, sofa-bed in the sitting room.) Easy access to the beach and all the amenities of Puerto Banus. There are restaurants and supermarkets very close by and the beach and famous Marbella Ocean Club a 7 min walk away. Located on the second floor of a small residential complex with elevator and pool. Air con, Wifi and Smart Tv. Very suitable for long stay/work from home.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate a small family with children, two couples sharing, a group of family or friends, a couple on a romantic break or someone working from home.
The entrance hall leads into the sitting dining room and also the separate, self-contained kitchen.
The sitting area has a large comfortable couch which can be converted to a queen size double bed. There is a Smart TV and access to the larger terrace which is South East facing. Dual cold/hot air con unit. The dining table seats 6.
The kitchen has all the appliances needed for a comfortable holiday; fridge freezer, hob, oven, washing machine and even a dishwasher.
There is direct access to the terrace.
There are two good sized double bedrooms, one with a double 160cm bed, access to a breakfast terrace and a 4 piece en suite bathroom with bath, sink, bidet and toilet. The second bedroom is configured as a twin with two standard 90 x 200 single beds. There is independently controlled aircon units in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms have good storage with built in wardrobe and chests of drawers. The second bathroom is accessed from the hallway between the living room and the bedrooms and is adjacent to the twin bedroom. It has a bath, sink, bidet and toilet.
Towels (including pool/beach towels) and a hair dryer are provided.
The main terrace off the living room and kitchen has a couch and easy chairs for relaxing and a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining. The terrace off the master bedroom has a table and chairs.

Guests have access to all parts of the accommodation. No part is shared with anyone else. Guests access the building into the large lobby/foyer. There are stairs and a lift to the second floor where the apartment is situated. Access to the pool and garden are via this reception area.

The host provides email and phone contact before and during the rental period.

Puerto Banus is an area of Marbella very well known on the Costa del Sol on Spains south coast. It is an area of the Mediterranean coast known for its exceptional microclimate, with clear sunny skies almost all year round. The marina is frequented by some of the biggest yachts and there are designer clothes shops. There are good beaches and a big selection of restaurants and bars. Further afield you can visit Gibraltar, Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Malaga
- all in less than 2 hours.

Everywhere is walkable so there is no need to have a car during your stay. However, if you choose to have one there is free parking outside the apartment. Wheelchair access, suitable for people with reduced mobility.
