This spacious 3 Bedroomed Penthouse Apt with a Private Underground Space, is well situated to walk to the nearby Puerto Banus, & Beaches. It is fully furnished, & equipped to accommodate a Family of 6. With views to the Sea, it has a large Terrace, with dining for 6, a Sofa area, & 2 Sun Lounger's. There are 5 lightweight Sun Lounger's, & a fold up Chair, which can be used down by the Pool. CD's, DVD's, Game's, & Inflatable's are available for use.
The apartment Complex has a large Swimming Pool, & separate children's Pool, Paddle Tennis Courts, & an International Tennis Club located opposite. There is a Lifeguard in attendance during July & August, making the pool a safe area for your Children. The apt is situated in a secure, & gated Complex, only 15 mins walk from the center of Puerto Banus & the nearby beach, & is situated within Golf Valley, & is a mere stroll to local Restaurants, Bars & Facilities. The nearby town of San Pedro which is typically Spanish, is a 25 min walk, and Marbella although a little bit further to walk on the 'Passeo', can easily be reached by many frequent Buses. Only 40 minutes drive from Malaga Airport, an ideal Holiday Home for Golfers, Families or Friends.

FOOT PASSENGERS:
For those of you not wishing to hire a Car, there are several local Restaurants, & Bars only 5 min walk away, offering choice enough not to even need to venture into Puerto Banus to dine. The local Puerto Banus market which sets up on a Saturday morning, near the recently renovated Bull Ring, is internationally famous, & there is a good selection of Restaurants, Designer Shops &, Bars in this area too, only 20 min walk.
Puerto Banus with its bustling Marina, shops, & the all famous department store El Corte Ingles. This area comes alive in the evening with Bars, Restaurants, & Nightclubs, many of the Shops remaining open well after 10pm. The nearby Spanish town of San Pedro has many Restaurants, & Shops, & a great Market on a Thursday morning for all those gifts you wish to buy, to take home. Marbella is only a 15 minute drive with its lazy Promenade, & endless Designer Shops.
DAY TRIPS: The famous historic town of Ronda with its spectacular cliff top setting, is only an hours drive. Gibraltar Rock, the British Colony famous for it’s considerably cheap, Duty Free Tobacco, Spirits, & the Barbary Apes, & St Michaels Cave’s, rising up out of the Mediterranean, is quite impressive on approach, this too is no more than 1 hour from Puerto Banus. There are children’s Leisure, & Water parks in Benalmadena, & the famous Selwo Safari Park is only 20 minute drive.
Day trips can easily be arranged, to Tarifa with its superb Surfing Beaches. Jerez with its internationally famous Dancing Horses, & Wine Bodegas (notably Harveys), where you can sample the wines. Cordoba to see the famed Mosque, & Olive Mills, and Seville being one of Andalucias largest cities, is steeped in history. Or simply visit the beautiful lakes of El Chorro north west of Malaga, where activities such as Climbing, Caving, Walking, & Mountain Biking take place. Madrid is now only 2 hrs by train from Malaga, Portugal 3 hrs by road, & Morocco 1 hr. The options are endless!
FOR GOLFERS:
Andalucia has become a Mecca for golfers over the past few decades, due to its fine weather that makes it possible to play golf the whole year around. At present, the number of courses is over 120, and it is increasing every year. There are dozens alone on the Costa del Sol leading to its unofficial nickname, the Costa del Golf. Great apartment with great views
Apartment is in a good location and has everything you need. Wonderful outside space with fantastic views of the sea and mountains. Great swimming pool and grounds. Very secure with key needed to access the complex, good underground car park. Sue was a great host, very flexible, helpful, warm and friendly, and gave great recommendations for things to do and local restaurants. Highly recommended for a great holiday.
