Holiday house by the sea in Denia (Alicante)

Beautiful holiday home 2 minutes walk from the beach in the Las Marinas area of Denia. The house is located on a large garden plot with a large private pool. In the main house there are 3 double bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other two with 2 single beds each. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with a breakfast bar. There is a full bathroom inside the house. There is an attached house on the plot with a sofa bed and a loft with a double bed. Between the two homes there is a toilet where the washing machine is also located. Next to the pool there is another shower. Behind the house there is a beautiful sandy family beach, and a few minutes' drive away there are several shops and supermarkets. There is a bike path to the town of Dénia and a bus that stops very close to the house. There is an air conditioner in the living room and fans in all bedrooms. There is a porch that overlooks the pool equipped with a terrace table and chairs, through which a magnificent breeze flows. There is also a barbecue in the back equipped with a table and barbecue utensils.
