This stunning and contemporary 3 bedroom villa is located in Pernera, and is walking distance to the beaches and amenities. This is all surrounded by large patio doors leading to the garden and pool area.

Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, double bed, and a balcony with seating area. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms are complete with fully fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and widescreen televisions.
The main family bathroom with shower and WC is also on this floor.

One of the added attractions of this villa is the sizeable roof terrace that overlooks the beautiful sea views, perfect for relaxing and unwinding whilst watching the sunset.
